Camel Milk!
You read that right! Camel milk is a great alternative to traditional milk and has been shown to boost immunity, stabilize blood sugar which helps with weight loss, and it’s good for your heart! I don’t recommend cow’s milk because many of us are sensitive to it, and it can cause weight gain since it has “insulinogenic” properties. (Which means it stimulates the production of insulin, your fat-storing hormone. No thanks.) If you’ve been missing your cow’s milk, this is the delicious answer to your dairy-free prayers!
