•You'll also get 14 days of meal plans developed just for you—designed based on your health, goals and food preferences to really get you going!

All around, it’s the one-on-one care, support and accountability, continued education, and we’re in your corner, guiding you to get where you want to be!

What is the length of the program?

Typically, we do a 12 or 6 month program. The level of your success is determined by the level of your commitment. So, of course a 12 month commitment will land you better results because it means double the support, double the accountability and double the guidance. That said, you can discuss which length would make most sense for you, your needs and your goals on your Kickstart Call.

How long are the appointments with my dietitian coach?

Most of your sessions will be around 45 minutes long! Your very first appointment with your dietitian coach will be 90 minutes. This extended session gives you the time necessary to thoroughly cover your goals, get to know each other, and get you on the clear fast-track to results. You’ll walk away from this session with exciting, action steps toward your goals!

How many appointments do I have every month?

We find that the "sweet spot" for success is meeting for one-on-one sessions every other week with your dietitian coach. Your sessions focus on accountability, progress with goals, nutrition education, addressing any challenges or problem areas, answering food, nutrition, exercise or health questions that may arise, and helping you stay motivated and inspired! Some clients who value high-touch accountability can meet with their coach more often. We can discuss your own customized program during our Kickstart Call (after you apply and we review your application).

Can my spouse and I have joined appointments?

Yes! Our Couples Coaching program is a great way to work toward your goals with the support of your significant other. You each get your own customized nutrition portfolio, individualized meal plans, personal health assessment, and PFC club access along with joint appointments…PLUS, with the added bonus of 50% off your significant other. The shared education and accountability between couples can lead to significant and lasting changes!

Do you accept insurance?

A lot of our clients use their HSA (Health Savings Account) to cover their coaching services. It’s best to check with your insurance company to find out if our services are covered prior to your Kickstart Call.

What kind of payment plans to do you offer?

We offer monthly installment plans to make coaching available to everyone! You simply let us know your investment choice during your Kickstart Call, and we’ll get your monthly installments set up. Of course if you’re interested in investing upfront, discounts will be made available to you. Ask about them in your Kickstart Call.

What is the $99 application fee for?

The application fee for our program covers the time we put into reviewing each application PLUS a Kickstart Call where you'll hop on the phone with us and we will then determine if you are a good fit for our personal coaching. If you are the perfect fit, we'll then find the program that best fits you, you'll get set up with your dietitian coach andd your first appointment in the books! We get so many inquiries and because our program is so customized, we take the time before we schedule a call with you to make sure it's a good fit. Please be aware that not everyone is a good fit for our program, and that's okay! If this is the case, you'll be given the next best steps for you on your Kickstart Call.
