Dynamic Fruits & Greens with Super Fruits is an easy-to-mix, great tasting, nutrient-rich superfood formula with whole food concentrates designed to provide synergistic phytonutrient nutrition. It provides a “super blend” of 100% natural fruit and vegetable extracts, vitamins, flax lignans, ionic trace minerals, enzymes, antioxidants, phytonutrients, and symbiotic intestinal flora. It contains no added sugars—only a touch of stevia (a plant-based sweetener.) This dynamic blend supplies your body with improved energy, metabolism, fat-burning, digestion, detoxification, immunity, repair, recovery, revitalization, and longevity! Instructions tell you to mix a scoop with 8 ounces of water, but I like to mix it into plain, full fat yogurt or kefir for flavor and extra nutrition. It’s also a convenient and delicious addition to smoothies for extra fiber, probiotics and antioxidants. You can add it to anything, really — I have clients who like to mix it into cottage cheese and oatmeal (especially the chocolate flavor.) A good protein shake recipe (for a snack or post-workout) is to combine a scoop of chocolate Dynamic Greens with a scoop of Natural Whey Protein powder mixed into 8 ounces of water.
*Note that while it does contain probiotics to promote good bacteria, but should not be used in place of a probiotic supplement.
