Personal and family-style coaching is one of my greatest passions. My goal is to expose people to healthy nutrition — what this looks like and how it can fit into any lifestyle. I teach people how to live a healthy lifestyle by means of real food and exercise by breaking down research based information into simple, practical terms that can be implemented into one’s lifestyle. I do personal and family health coaching via Skype, phone or in-person in Minneapolis. I take clients on grocery store tours, create customized meal plans based on schedule, lifestyle, food preferences and cooking ability, and offer the highest quality nutritional supplements shipped directly to your home. I also teach group nutrition classes in the community education and corporate setting for continued nutrition education.
